Kokstad Building
Simonsen, an Echelon Authorized Network Integrator, won the Best LNS Multi-Vendor Installation Award with their Kokstad Building project: a Telenor Eiendom Building, located outside Bergen, Norway. Simonsen's integration was exemplary as it provided their client with the best automation technology for today's and tomorrow's needs. It is expandable, cost effective and used the best products available.

The project is a 25,000 sq m office building with 4500 LonWorks nodes , Internet connectivity provided by 7 i.LONS and multiple networked systems, some of which are:-access control, intrusion alarm, heating, ventilation, room regulation, sun blinds, weather station, emergency lighting and smoke detection.
